Meet the Owner
Hi, I’m Alix! I have a passion for going above and beyond for my clients to help them achieve the highest level of standard for their short term rental property! I decided to become an entrepreneur to share my knowledge and values with clients that can benefit from my specialized services. ELD Cleaning & Co. pays attention to the fine details and we have a strong understanding of what it takes to stand out in the competitive short term rental industry.
Cleaning Services
We offer a Full Turnover that includes a detailed cleaning, staging, and reset of your short-term rental property. We also provide property management support, laundry service, staging, and pick-up/drop-off of supplies for unit and guests. Residential clients can choose from basic or deep cleaning options.
Concierge Services
We provide laundry service with all turnovers, staging for real estate professionals, short-term rental set-up, photography, supply pick-up/drop-off, and property management support to maintain your unit. We can change light-bulbs, re-stock supplies, get groceries, and meet your guests.
